How long until my order arrives?

Production takes 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 2-5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 12 for delivery before Christmas with standard shipping (continental US).

Can I see the design before I order?

Yes. Every personalized product shows a live preview that updates as you type.

What if there's a mistake?

If we print something differently from what you entered, or it arrives damaged, we'll reprint it or refund you. Email us a photo within 30 days.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each item is made with your names, we can't resell it, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. Defects, damage and our mistakes are always covered.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of $59 and up. Under $59, shipping is a flat $6.95.
