Refund policy

Personalized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for details entered incorrectly at checkout.

We will reprint your item or refund you in full if:

• it arrived damaged or defective,
• it is different from the preview you approved,
• your order was lost in transit (not delivered 10 business days after the estimated date).

How: email hello@hearthandname.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. No need to send the item back.

Cancellations: you can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts, for a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
